Dear All,
We are blessed with some good and heavy rain but we need to be careful of not changing this blessing into a tragedy.
We are all eager to return home but please remember that ‘rain’ is blamed for hundreds of accidents yearly. Many of these accidents are preventable. Slippery roads, traffic slowdowns and decreased visibility will make driving hazardous even at moderate speeds, so before leaving your office, please plan ahead and allow for more travel time.
Remember to drive at a slower pace than normal since the roads are wet & slippery. While most people know to slow down in the rain, there are definitely other tips that will help keep you, and those who share the road with you, SAFE:

ഇപ്പോഴും പലരും ഇരയായി കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പെട്രോള് പമ്പിലെ ഈ പകല് കൊള്ളയെ പറ്റിയാവാം ഇത്തവണ. ബാങ്ങ്ലൂരില് പൊതുവേ കണ്ടു വരുന്ന ഈ തട്ടിപ്പ് മറ്റു നഗരങ്ങളിലും, ചെറു ടൌണുകളിലും എത്ര കണ്ടു വ്യാപകം എന്നറിയില്ല. പക്ഷെ കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലേ ..
Innovative ideas will spread like a wind . അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ തട്ടിപ്പിന്റെ ഈ പുതിയ മുഖം എവിടെയും എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ടാവം.. എന്തായാലും കാര്യത്തിലേക്ക് കടക്കാം. ഇരുചക്ര വാഹനക്കാരെക്കാള് ഉപരി കാര് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവരെ ആണ് തട്ടിപ്പുകാര് കൂടുതലായി നോട്ടമിടുന്നത്. ആഴ്ചയിലൊരിക്കല് പമ്പില് കയറി 500 /1000 രൂപയുടെ (ഉപയോഗത്തിന് അനുസരിച്ച്) പെട്രോള് അടിക്കുന്നവരാവും മിക്കവരും. പമ്പിലെയ്ക്ക് കയറി ചെല്ലുമ്പോഴേ കൈകാട്ടിഅവരുടെ കൌണ്ടറിലേക്ക് നിങ്ങളെ വിളിക്കുന്നത് നിങ്ങളോട് ഉള്ള സ്നേഹം കൊണ്ടോ ജോലിയോടുള്ള സേവന മനോഭാവം കൊണ്ടോ ആണെന്ന് കരുതി എങ്കില് പലപ്പോഴും ആ ധാരണ തെറ്റാണ്. നിങ്ങളില് അവര് പുതിയ ഇരയെ കാണുന്നു,അത് തന്നെ കാരണം (പലപ്പോഴും). .

How did one survive growing up in the 80's and 90's? We had no seatbelts, no airbags..
Cycling was like a breath of fresh air…
No safety helmets, knee pads or elbow pads, with plenty of cardboards between spokes to make it sound like a motorbike…
When thirsty we only drank tap water, bottled water was still a mystery…
We kept busy collecting bits & pieces so we could build all sort of things … and we were fearless on our bicycles even when the brakes failed going downhill…
We were showing off how tough we are, by how high we could climb trees & then jumping down….It was great fun….
We could stay out to play for hours, as long as we got back before dark, in time for dinner… We walked to school, or sometimes we even rode our bicycle.

One old man was sitting with his 25 years old son in the train.
Train is about to leave the station. All passengers are settling down their seat. As train started young man was filled with lot of joy and
curiosity.
He was sitting on the window side. He went out one hand and feeling the passing air. He
shouted, "Papa see all trees are going behind".
Old man smile and admired son feelings. Beside the young man one couple was sitting and listing all
the conversion between father and son.
They were little awkward with the attitude of 25
years old man behaving like a small child.
Suddenly young man again shouted, "Papa see the pond
and animals. Clouds are moving with train".
Couple was watching the young man in embarrassingly. Now its start raining and some of water drops touches the
young man's hand.
He filled with joy and he closed the eyes. He shouted again," Papa it's raining, water is
touching me, see papa".
Couple couldn't help themselves and ask the old man. "Why don't you visit the Doctor and get treatment for your son." Old man said,
" Yes, We are coming from the hospital as Today
only my son got his eye sight for first time in his life".
Moral: "Don't draw conclusions until you know all the facts".
